The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to shopping malls and other attractions. the breakfast offered was a nice touch, with a variety of delicious items to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met.

The hotel lacked proper communication and security measures. When I arrived, there was no one to assist me at the gate and it took a while to check-in.

The friendly and helpful staff, particularly Pleasure, made our stay even more enjoyable. Kyalami Creek provided a home away from home feeling with excellent privacy.
